For Immediate Release
Atlanta, GA – In this time of great challenge, legendary Atlanta-based singer RAHBI is choosing to ignite a fire within our hearts with his empowering new single, ‘CHANGE.’
Co-written with soul music trailblazer Donnie (The Colored Section) and produced by Grammy nominee Sterling Gittens Jr. (Chris Brown, Justin Bieber), ‘CHANGE’ finds RAHBI passionately singing, ‘Change the world, give it a different face. Let’s put some love back in this place,’ encouraging listeners to embrace a more compassionate world.
RAHBI explains, ‘Somebody has to go hard for love. There are so many people going hard for money, sex, fame, drugs, power, and material gain. The truth is, everyone wants to be loved—even the toughest people. Often, they became that way from a lack of love. Love is the miracle that sets us free: love for God, for ourselves, and for others. It’s the foundation of our being and the heartbeat of this planet—God’s true reflection.’
RAHBI hopes the song inspires listeners to ‘Be the change you’d like to see in the world—for yourself, your family, and your community. One definition of 'immigrant' describes it as a plant or animal that becomes established in an area where it was previously unknown. We’re all immigrants passing through God’s land. It’s our responsibility to learn to coexist while we’re here.’
‘CHANGE’ will be released on digital platforms on November 29, 2024 and features a who’s who of top talent including: Keyboards by John Jackson, Drums by Munir Zakee (Erykah Badu, Weedie Braimah), Mixing by Adrian Porter (Usher, Ciara), Mastered by Irvin Johnson (Fireboy DML, Rotimi).
